Veln provides GDPR-aligned operational controls for customer and account data. This page summarizes controller details, request channels, and transfer safeguards.

1. Controller details

Veln acts as controller for website and account administration data, and processor for customer data handled on behalf of customer organizations under commercial agreements.

2. Data subject requests (DSR)

Submit requests to privacy@veln.sh. We target acknowledgement within 5 business days and completion within one month, subject to legal extensions where allowed.

3. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred across borders, Veln uses appropriate legal mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards, as applicable.

4. Supervisory authority complaints

EU/EEA data subjects may lodge complaints with their local supervisory authority if they believe processing violates GDPR.
