These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Veln services, including the hosted console, API endpoints, website, and related software provided by Veln.

1. Agreement scope

If you use Veln on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Your order form or commercial agreement controls in case of conflict with these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use Veln to violate law, infringe rights, abuse service capacity, or attempt unauthorized access. You are responsible for keeping account credentials and API keys secure.

3. Customer data and security

You retain ownership of customer data submitted to Veln. Veln processes customer data to provide and secure the service, as described in the Privacy policy.

4. Availability and changes

Veln may modify service features to improve reliability, security, and compliance. Planned material changes are communicated through release notes or account channels.

5. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a specific purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veln and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you for Veln services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. Veln may suspend access for urgent security risk, abuse, or legal requirements.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the contracting entity and jurisdiction stated in your order form or master agreement.
